Terms of Use

1. The Service

SimilarityAndAI connects students to genuine Turnitin-generated checks, run through a licensed institutional account. Three report types are available:

• An AI detection report, showing Turnitin's estimate of AI-generated content in your writing
• A similarity report, showing how your text overlaps with Turnitin's indexed sources
• A combined bundle covering both in a single submission

2. No Repository Mode

Documents you submit through us are checked with repository storage switched off. Your paper is not filed into Turnitin's student database, so it cannot surface as a match against work you or anyone else submits later.

After your report reaches your dashboard, we don't hold onto the uploaded file. It isn't kept on our systems, and it isn't shared with anyone beyond what's needed to generate your report.

3. Getting a Report

1. Register an account and upload your document through the dashboard at order.plagaireport.com.
2. Choose the check you want — AI detection, similarity, or both.
3. Pay through our checkout, which is handled securely.
4. Your report lands in your dashboard, usually within 5 to 10 minutes.

4. Payments

Payment is taken up front at checkout. Since each report is generated specifically for the document you upload, we're unable to offer a refund once that report has been produced and made available to you.

5. What the Report Is For

Every report comes straight from Turnitin's own platform under a legitimate institutional licence — it's meant to help you review your work before you submit it elsewhere. We have no involvement in and no responsibility for how your school or instructor ultimately interprets or acts on a similar report you submit through them.

6. Using the Site Fairly

Don't use SimilarityAndAI for anything illegal, don't upload files intended to harm our systems, don't try to probe or reverse-engineer the platform, and don't submit material you don't have the right to submit.

7. Your Data

We only ask for what's needed to process your order. Your personal information isn't sold or passed along to outside parties for marketing purposes.

8. Turnitin Trademark

Turnitin® belongs to Turnitin, LLC. SimilarityAndAI is a separate, independent business that accesses Turnitin's platform through a paid institutional licence — we have no formal partnership with, endorsement from, or ownership tie to Turnitin, LLC.

9. Liability

Within the limits the law allows, SimilarityAndAI is not liable for indirect or downstream losses connected to your use of the service, including any academic consequences tied to a report you obtained from us.
